Our head of office in the BVI, Brian Simpson, is both a BVI and UK licensed Insolvency Practitioner well-versed in insolvency and restructuring assignments. Brian leads a team of dedicated staff on island, though he also acts on other international assignments such as restructuring plans, liquidations, receiverships and debtor advisory matters. Brian is a board member of RISA – the BVI’s Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association and is also a member of both the Insolvency Practitioners Association and the Institute of Financial Accountants in the UK.
